Hey Sean!

A suggestion to think about it....

What about doing small home groups other times during the week? Maybe you can find a few parents or other church volunteers who would be willing to open their home for a couple of hours each week so students can get together on a smaller basis. Of course, this would require more leaders, or, why not let a variety of students lead study each week. I'm sure with 200+ students you can find a few who can prepare a lesson and teach it.

Your mistakes are very sombering. I'm almost scared to hear what the top 2 will be. And the tougher part will be that now that you have identified these flaws, you and your leadership will held even more accountable for not fixing them.

In light of that, how blessed your church is to have someone sensitive enough to realize they/he can't do any of it without the power of the Holy Spirit in his life.

AYM continues to be in my prayers.
